UAE, Sharjah/Dubai. December 13-17, 2025. YOUTH MULTIDISCIPLINARY OLYMPICS

GOAL:

To provide children with an unbiased assessment of their knowledge level, to receive certificates and diplomas, to apply acquired knowledge in practice, to exchange experiences, and to interact with leading universities in Kazakhstan, Russia, and Europe.

PARTICIPATION:

Children aged 9 to 22 are invited to participate.

NOMINATIONS:

English, French, and Russian languages, mathematics, physics, biology, art and culture (music, dance, visual arts, decorative and applied arts).

Prizes:

Grand Prix of the Olympiad: a week in a summer language school in Europe or a week-long tour of Europe!

Applications are accepted until November 1, 2025.

ENGLISH AND FRENCH LANGUAGE OLYMPIAD-COMPETITION:

Round I: Grammar and vocabulary test. Participants receive Certificates with the corresponding level (A1, A2, B1, B2, C1) based on the results of Round I.

Round II: Essay. Participants write an essay on one of the proposed topics according to their assigned level.

Round III: Dialogue. Participants communicate with the commission members on given topics. Diplomas are awarded based on the results of Rounds II and III, corresponding to the points received for the essay.

MATHEMATICS, BIOLOGY, PHYSICS, INFORMATICS OLYMPIAD-COMPETITION:

Held in one round.

RUSSIAN LANGUAGE OLYMPIAD-COMPETITION:

Held in one round and includes grammar, lexical, morphological tasks, and a mini-essay on a given topic.

ART AND CULTURE OLYMPIAD-COMPETITION:

Held in one round. Requirements for instrumentalists and vocalists: 1 piece of free choice (performance time up to 5 minutes). Requirements for choreography: 1 number, total duration not more than 6 minutes. Requirements for decorative and applied arts and visual arts: present one finished work and defend it by performing a fragment within the given time.

JURY:

The jury of the Olympiad includes teachers from international schools in England, Germany, France, Bulgaria, Russia, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan.

SUPPORTED BY:

The Olympiad is supported by the Alliance of Talents Organizing Committee (Bulgaria), OXFORD International Educational Group (United Kingdom), World Music in Kazakhstan, and Treehouse English School (United Kingdom, Italy).

Participants and winners will receive discounts on summer language courses. In addition to participation in the Olympiad, the program includes presentations from European schools, colleges, and universities, as well as team competitions.

  • Category 2: 6-8 years old
  • Category 3: 9-11 years old
  • Category 4: 12-14 years old
  • Category 5: 15-17 years old
  • Category 6: 18-20 years old
  • Category 7: “Professional” (over 21)

The cost of a package with accommodation in a 4* hotel starts from $350 with breakfast, in a 5* hotel $450 (depending on availability at the time of booking)

The price includes:

  • A group leader is included free for a group of 10 people. Flights are not included.
  • 4-night accommodation in a 4-star (5-star) hotel
  • Meals – breakfast or breakfast and dinner

1 day:

  • Arrival in Dubai/Sharjah.
  • Check-in at a hotel in Sharjah after 2:00 PM.
  • Registration of festival participants. Group leaders will meet with festival organizers in the hotel lobby for a presentation of excursion programs.
  • Dinner.

2 day:

  • Breakfast.
  • 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM Olympiad. Rounds 1 and 2 for linguists. Main round for natural sciences.
  • 1:00 PM Lunch.
  • 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM Competitive auditions for the Arts and Culture category. Round 3 for linguists. Excursion to the Museum of the Future*.
  • 7:00 PM Dinner

3 day:

  • Breakfast.
  • Dubai sightseeing tour.
  • 7:00 PM Dinner.

4 day:

  • Breakfast.
  • Free day or excursion of your choice.
  • Team competitions in football and basketball.
  • 7:00 PM dinner
  • 8:00 PM awards ceremony.
  • 9:00 PM round table discussion for executives.

5 day:

  • Breakfast.
  • Transfer to the airport. End of the program.

Not included:

  • The registration fee for the second and third Olympic categories is $60.
  • The registration fee for participation in the festival is for soloists and small groups (soloists pay an additional $50, small groups of up to 6 people pay $40 each).
  • Optional excursions.
  • Personal expenses.
  • Excursions: Standard Dubai City Tour – $40 per person
  • SAFARI – $40 per person; Full-day trip to the Dubai Mall – $20 per person

Without accommodation (for residents of the UAE):

  • Duets and Trios: $120 each
