International multi-genre festival-competition
“Caspian talent fest” is held by the International European Organizing Committee “Alliance of talents”, together with the International Organizing Committee “World music” and the Azerbaijan State Music Academy.

Applications are accepted until April 20, 2026.

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES OF THE FESTIVAL-COMPETITION:

  • Promotion and popularization of the ideas of humanism and generational continuity through comprehensive creative development of the individual;
  • Popularization of the ideas of patriotism, strengthening moral and civic values within the framework of the festival movement;
  • Preservation and development of national cultures, strengthening international ties and cooperation;
  • Creating an environment and conditions for creative communication among youth;
  • Cultivating artistic taste and introducing young performers to the best examples of world culture and art;
  • Identifying talented youth and promoting their creative growth;
  • Enhancing the professional level of creative groups and performers participating in the festival;
  • Exchange of experience and creative achievements among festival participants;
  • Creating conditions for creative communication and talent identification;
  • Attracting leading cultural specialists and artists to collaborate with creative groups;
  • Establishing creative contacts between group leaders;
  • Improving the professional skills and qualifications of creative group leaders;
  • Creating an atmosphere of a creative celebration.

PARTICIPATION:

Soloists, ensembles of all genres and directions, creative groups, representatives of visual and decorative-applied arts, as well as any children’s, youth, student, and adult theater and circus groups from different countries are invited to participate. There are no age restrictions for participants. Teachers of soloists and groups are also allowed to participate in the festival-competition, but with a separate application marked “professional”.

Jury of the Competition: International Jury.

The competition is conducted in the form of auditions in the presence of the jury and the audience. The performances of the groups are evaluated by a professional jury. Any violation of the competition regulations will result in a loss of points when evaluating the participant’s performance. The jury’s decisions are final and not subject to appeal. The organizing committee cannot influence the scoring by the jury members or the awarding of titles to participants.

Requirements for the program:

The Festival-COMPETITION is held in oneround. Requirements for participants:

  1. Instrumentalists perform one piece of free choice, with a totalcomplexity of no more than 5 minutes.
  2. Vocalists perform one piece of free choice, with a totalcomplexity of no more than 5 minutes.
  3. Dancers perform one dance with a total complexity of nomore than 5 minutes. A group can present several dances, but nomore than 3 in each age category, in which case each dance iscounted as a separate application, with a separate list ofparticipants, separately paid with a discount (see below). Eachgroup has the right to present no more than 9 numbers indifferent nominations and age categories.  
  4. Visual artists provide one work in any technique and defend itin front of the jury (for this you need to bring all the necessarymaterials with you, depending on the technique used). A trip tothe open air is also provided, and additional diplomas andawards are provided based on the results of the open air (bring all necessary materials and an easel with you)
  5. Applied and decorative art – oral defense.
  6. Participation in 2 or more nominations is possible.

Evaluation criteria: artistry, vividness of artisticimage, stage presence, understanding of the style of theera, technical clarity, purity of performance.

Evaluations: The jury evaluates according to thequalification system. The number of winners is notlimited and depends only on the level of preparation ofthe participant. When choosing a candidate for the Grand Prix award, if there are candidates with the same scores, theChairman of the Organizing Committee of thecompetition has the final say. In each nomination and in each age category, laureatesof the 1st, 2nd, 3rd degree are selected; diplomawinners of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd degree. Grand Prix. The jury has the right to divide places, prizes and otherawards among the participants. All participants are awarded with commemorativediplomas “For participation”. All teachers, sponsors, and managers are issued a certificate.  

The decisions of the Jury are not subject to appeal. The number of prize places is not limited. The organizer of the competition is not responsible for the decisions of the Jury and the awarding of places to the participants.  

The awarding and presentation of prizes takes place on stage.

Awards:

International medals and diplomas are provided for participants and winners. The winners of the 1st prize and Grand Prix are provided with memorable gifts and certificates for participation in other festivals organized by ALLIANCE OF TALENTS and/or World Music in Kazakhstan. All teachers receive diplomas and letters of gratitude.  

Financial conditions (registration fee)
Soloists – 30 euros
Duets, trios, quartets, quintets – 20 euros each
Groups of 6 or more participants – 15 euros each.
For groups of over 40 people, special conditions.
Sample accommodation package for a group of 10 people:
Cost 380 euros/person, 1 leader free of charge. (scheme 10+1)
Included: group transfer airport-(train station)-hotel-airport(train station) on the specified dates, hotel accommodation in 3-4 bed rooms, meals – breakfasts, lunches or dinners, excursion around Baku, transportation to the event venue.
The price does not include: The registration fee is paid additionally.
Each nomination is paid for separately.
In case of a participant’s failure to appear at the festival-competition for reasons beyond the control of the organizers, the registration fee will not be returned!
Accommodation only through the Organizing Committee.
 
All tracks must be sent to olimpiada@musicclassic.eu, or alliancehotelsbg@gmail.com, no later than October 20, 2025. Each track/minus must contain in the title: 1. the title of the composition, as indicated in the application; 2. the name of the group/full name of the participant.
If a letter of thanks is required for the director or manager, school, studio, indicate in the application specifically the full name, regalia, for which you thank.
Submitting an application for participation in the competition means that the participants and their parents (legal representatives) have read and agree with all points of these Regulations, and also give their consent to the use of photos and videos with their participation by the Organizer of the competition in the media and social networks.
 
Document submission deadlines:
Applications for participation and group lists are accepted until October 1, 2025. Payment is made until October 10, 2025 to the Organizer’s bank account. Prepayment of 50% and the rest in cash in euros upon check-in are allowed.
If the limit is reached, the acceptance of applications may be closed earlier.
If the participant cannot participate for any reason, the Registration fee is non-refundable. Refund for the package with accommodation, according to the hotel policy: 30 days before arrival – bank charges are deducted, from 20 to 30 days – bank charges + the cost of one night are deducted, from 15 to 20 days before arrival – 50% is deducted, less than 15 days before arrival – 100% of the payment is retained.
