The festival is held by the Organizing Committee “Alliance of talents” (Bulgaria), supported by World Music in Kazakhstan, Treehouse School (United Kingdom/Italy), Eurotour.

In addition to participation in the festival, the program includes excursions and relaxation by the sea. Opportunity to extend the stay.

Registration of participants is free.

Program Requirements:
The Festival-COMPETITION takes place in one round.

Requirements for participants:

Instrumentalists perform one piece of free choice, with a total duration of no more than 5 minutes.
Vocalists perform one piece of free choice, with a total duration of no more than 5 minutes.
Dancers perform one dance with a total duration of no more than 5 minutes. A group may present several dances, but no more than 3 in each age category; in this case, each dance is counted as a separate application, with a separate list of participants, and is paid separately with a discount (see below). Each group has the right to present no more than 9 performances in different nominations and age categories.
Fine Arts participants present one work in any technique and defend it before the jury (for this, you need to bring all necessary materials depending on the technique used). An open-air plein air session is also provided; additional diplomas and awards are provided based on the results of the plein air session (bring all necessary materials and an easel with you).
Decorative & Applied Arts – oral defense.
Participation in 2 or more nominations is possible.

Evaluation criteria: artistry, brightness of artistic image, stage stamina, understanding of the style of the era, technical clarity, purity of execution.

Evaluation:

The jury evaluates according to an evaluation and qualification system. The number of winners is not limited and depends only on the degree of preparation of the participant.
When selecting a candidate for the Grand Prix award, if there are candidates with equal points, the final decision rests with the Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the competition.
In each nomination and in each age category, Laureates of degrees 1, 2, 3 and Diplomates of degrees 1, 2, 3 are selected. Grand Prix.
The jury has the right to share places, prizes, and other awards among participants.
All participants are awarded commemorative diplomas “For Participation”.
All teachers, sponsors, and directors are issued a certificate.
The number of prize-winning places is not limited. The competition organizer is not responsible for jury decisions and awarding places to participants.
Awarding and presentation of prizes takes place on stage.
Participant’s Full Name will be copied exactly as specified in the application.
Competition participants do not have the right to view competition program protocols without the permission of the jury chairman. Evaluation scores, according to competition protocols, are not subject to public discussion; group directors can receive an extract from the protocol of the jury meeting by mail or email within 7 working days.
The results of competition performances are published on the Instagram page: @souz_talantov within 3 working days after the end of the competition.

Awards:

International medals and diplomas are provided for participants and winners.
Winners of 1st prizes and Grand Prix receive commemorative gifts and certificates for participation in other festivals organized by ALLIANCE OF TALENTS and/or World Music in Kazakhstan. All teachers receive diplomas / letters of appreciation.
Trophies (Cups) are awarded to groups of more than 10 people. 1 Diploma per group to the leader, group members receive a commemorative medal with the competition logo and a personalized diploma. Regardless of the number of dances, group participants receive one medal and one diploma! If the group wishes to receive a diploma and medal for each participant for each performance, each performance is paid without a discount.

Soloists: $70
Small forms (2 to 5 people): $60 / person
Groups (6 to 10 people): $50 / person
Groups over 10 people: $45 / person

The registration fee is intended for organizing the event itself: venue rental, medals, prizes, etc.
Preparation and conduct of the festival-competition are carried out by the Organizing Committee. The order of performances is determined by the Organizing Committee in advance; performances are conducted both in blocks and as individual acts.
The Organizing Committee is the Copyright Holder and has the right to use and distribute (without paying royalty fees to participants and guests) audio and video recordings, printed and other products produced during and based on the results of the competition.
Travel and delivery of decorations, props, and instruments are at the expense of competition participants, or technical rider is sent and agreed upon separately with the organizing committee.
Issues not covered by these Regulations are resolved by the Organizing Committee. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to make changes to the competition rules.
Group leaders / parents of participants automatically confirm their agreement with all points of these Regulations upon submitting an application.
Awarding of participants will take place only at the Gala Concert. Diplomas are not issued earlier, and results are not announced prior. Diplomas and prizes are not sent to participants after the competition.
The Organizing Committee has the right to disqualify a participant, creative group, or leader for gross violation of the Internal Rules of the competition, breach of discipline, and unethical behavior towards the Organizing Committee, jury members, and other participants.
A participant does not have the right to refuse participation in the Gala Concert.
The concert venue and contracted security agencies are responsible for participant safety during the festival.
Sending an application for participation means that participants and their parents (legal representatives) are familiarized and agree with all points of these Regulations, and give consent for the Organizer to use photos and videos with their participation in media and social networks.

Accommodation package without flight (flight paid separately)

Economy Package: $445.

Package price includes:
6 nights accommodation in a 4* hotel in 2-3 bed rooms.
Meals – breakfast
Transfers airport-hotel-airport (only on official check-in/check-out days and within specified time range. For guests arriving on other days, transfer cost is calculated based on group size and time. (Official meeting time from 08:00 to 20:00 is included in package price. For flights arriving earlier or later, individual transfer cost is calculated and paid additionally)).
For a group of 10 people, the leader goes free. Flight not included.
!!! When booking a trip on direct charter flights, a free spot is not provided.
Attention! The Organizing Committee does not guarantee sharing room with other participants to reduce costs. Participants and leaders must assign their dependents by boys/girls principles or other options, considering that if a pair or one person remains, pricing will be based on the published price list if the hotel lacks rooms for 4 or more people.
Single room supplement: $200 per person for the entire period.

Lux Plus Package: $890 – same as Lux, plus buffet lunch and dinner.
Possibility to book a package with flight depends on departure city.
Applications accepted until November 20, 2026.
Upon reaching capacity, registration may close earlier.
If a participant cannot attend for any reason: Accommodation package refund:
On scheduled flights: 15 to 30 days before arrival – 50% retained plus bank charges; less than 15 days – 100% retained.
On charter flights: 100% retained as winter break is HIGH season. Flight package refunds follow charterer rules.

Arts and Culture:
Soloists: $150 (30% discount on second and subsequent performances)
Small forms (2 to 5 people): $120 / person (30% discount on 2nd and subsequent performances)
Groups (6 to 10 people): $110 / person (30% discount on 2nd and subsequent performances)
Groups over 10 people: $100 / person (30% discount on 2nd and subsequent performances)
Linguistics: $150 per nomination
Other subjects: $140 per nomination. Second and subsequent: $100 per nomination.
