Nominations: Vocals, Dance, Instrumental Music, Fine Arts & Fine Crafts.

Goals and Objectives:

  • Promotion and popularization of humanistic ideas and intergenerational continuity through comprehensive creative development of the personality;
  • Preservation and development of national cultures, strengthening of interethnic ties;
  • Creation of an environment and conditions for creative communication among youth;
  • Fostering artistic taste and introducing young performers to the best examples of world culture and art;
  • Identification of talented, gifted youth and assistance in their creative growth;
  • Enhancing the professional level of creative groups and individual performers participating in the festival;
  • Exchange of experience and creative achievements among festival participants;
  • Creation of an atmosphere of creative celebration.

Participation:

Musicians of various directions and ages, ensembles, orchestras, choirs, duets, trios, quartets, and other small forms, instrumentalists, vocalists, etc.
Choreography: dancers of all directions (folk dances, stylized dances, ballroom dances, etc.).
Artists, designers, fashion theaters, theater groups, reciters, masters of ceremonies.
There are no age restrictions.

The festival is organized by the Organizing Committee «Alliance of Talents» (Bulgaria), with the support of World Music in Kazakhstan, Treehouse School (United Kingdom / Italy), and Eurotour.

Program Requirements:

  • Instrumentalists: 1 piece of choice, with a total duration of no more than 5 minutes.
  • Vocalists: 1 piece of choice, with a total duration of no more than 5 minutes.
  • Choreography: for all categories and ages, 1 performance not exceeding 5 minutes in total.
  • Decorative and Applied Arts & Designers: 1 piece of work.
  • Reciters: 1 work or excerpt, total duration of no more than 3 minutes.
  • Masters of Ceremonies (MC): 2 speeches on different topics, total duration of no more than 5 minutes. One speech on a free topic, the second as a presentation of a composer, poet, writer, or artist.
  • Fashion Theaters: 1 showcase performance, lasting no more than 6 minutes.
  • Theater Groups: 1 performance, lasting no more than 10 minutes.

Evaluation Criteria: Artistry, brightness of artistic image, stage presence, understanding of the style of the era, technical clarity, purity of execution.

Scoring and Awards:

The jury evaluates performances using a qualification evaluation system. The number of winners is unlimited and depends solely on the participant’s level of preparation.
When selecting a candidate for the Grand Prix award in the event of candidates having equal points, the final decision rests with the Chairman of the Organizing Committee.
In each nomination and age category, Laureates of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd degrees are awarded, as well as Grand Prix.
The jury reserves the right to share places, prizes, and other awards among participants.
All participants receive commemorative “Participation” diplomas.
All teachers, sponsors, and directors are awarded certificates printed on official stamped paper.

The program includes festival participation as well as a Paris city tour and a Montmartre tour.
(OPTIONAL: Tour to Versailles*, Tour to the Louvre*, Seine River cruise*, Trip to Disneyland*, Montparnasse Tower observation deck tour*, etc. Option to extend stay).

PROGRAM NO. 1 (Paris) — Provisional Schedule

Day 1:
Airport arrival meeting. Transfer from Paris airport to accommodation (official meeting times from 09:00 to 18:00 are included in the package price. For flights arriving earlier or later, transfer costs are calculated individually and paid separately). Hotel check-in. Registration with the Festival Organizing Committee. Sightseeing tour of Paris.

Day 2:
07:00 – 08:30 Breakfast.
09:00 Escort to the festival venue. Start of competition auditions.
12:00 Tour of Montmartre.
13:00 Lunch time*.
15:00 Tour of the “Latin Quarter”. Optional Seine River cruise*.
17:00 Free time, dinner time*.

Day 3:
07:00 – 08:30 Breakfast.
09:00 Free day or trip to Disneyland.

Day 4:

Package price for participants: €800.
Package price for support group and parents: €850.
The price is fixed only for the first 100 people. Thereafter, rates may change based on hotel policy.

The package price includes:

  • 4 nights accommodation in triple rooms;
  • Meals: 4 breakfasts (supplement for 4 dinners is €120);
  • Airport – hotel – airport transfers (only on official arrival/departure dates and during specified time window 09:00–18:00; earlier/later transfers priced individually);
  • Escort to the competition venue;
  • Participation in one nomination with one performance entry (second and subsequent performances paid separately);
  • Tour of Montmartre;
  • Tour of the Latin Quarter;
  • Free package for 1 group leader per 10 paying participants. Flight cost not included.

Attention! The Organizing Committee does not guarantee room sharing with other participants to reduce costs. Participants and group leaders must assign room occupants themselves (by gender or other arrangements), keeping in mind that if one person remains without a roommate, single/double supplement charges will apply according to published rates if quad or larger rooms are unavailable.

Attention! City tourist taxes are paid directly upon hotel check-in. Total tax amount is approximately €20 for all days (children under 18 are exempt from tax).

To Participate in the Festival, You Must:

  1. Fill out the application form and send it in Word format to: grand-olimpiada@mail.ru.
  2. Receive an invoice for payment and complete the payment.
  3. Receive an official invitation letter to submit to the embassy for visa processing.
  4. Contact any travel agency in your city to book flight tickets and assist with visa processing, or use our group flight booking department.

Submitting an application automatically confirms agreement with the terms and conditions of the Festival.
These Regulations constitute a public offer.
Applications are accepted until September 25, 2026 in the prescribed form, strictly in WORD format (not scanned!), by email: grand-olimpiada@mail.ru.

The Organizing Committee reserves the right to close application acceptance early upon reaching the participant quota.
Passport copies of participants and accompanying persons are mandatory!
The Participant is responsible for the correct spelling of Full Names and other details. All data filled in the Application will be copied into Diplomas. Replacement of diplomas or certificates will be made only upon written request and sent by courier at the participant’s expense.

The Organizing Committee reserves the right to change schedules and routines.
Jury decisions are final and not subject to appeal or dispute. All questions, if any, are discussed at the round table. At the end of the competition, participants and teachers can discuss results and exchange opinions with jury members.
