The festival is organized by the Organizing Committee ‘Alliance of Talents’ (Bulgaria), with the support of OXFORD International Educational Group (United Kingdom), World Music in Kazakhstan, Treehouse English School (United Kingdom/Italy), Eurotour.   

The program includes, in addition to participating in the Olympiad, presentations by European schools, colleges, and universities. Tours of Budapest. The possibility to extend the stay to visit Austria, Italy, and France. The opportunity to participate in two categories*** and two Olympiads (Budapest and Rome).

GOAL: To provide children with the opportunity to receive an unbiased assessment of their knowledge level, obtain certificates and diplomas, apply the acquired knowledge in practice, exchange experiences, and interact with leading universities.

PARTICIPATION: Children from 8 to 22 years old are invited to participate, accompanied by parents or group leaders.  

Musicians of various genres and ages, ensembles, orchestras, choirs, duets, trios, quartets, and other small forms, instrumentalists, vocalists, and others. Choreography: dancers of all styles (folk dances, stylized dances, ballroom dances, etc.). Artists, designers, fashion theaters, theatrical groups, reciters, masters of ceremonies. There is no age restriction in the Culture and Art categories.  

GRAND PRIZE – free participation with accommodation at one of our events during the year (does not apply to the ‘Art and Culture’ category).  

The OLYMPIAD-COMPETITION in the fields of ‘Art and Culture’ is held in a single round.Requirements for instrumentalists and vocalists: 1 piece of free choice or one virtuosic piece or one movement of a classical sonata/concert (performance time up to 6 minutes).Requirements for choreography: 1 performance, with a total duration of no more than 6 minutes.Requirements for Decorative and Applied Arts and Fine Arts: present one completed work and defend it by recreating a fragment of the work in the presence of the jury.

The jury of the Olympiad consists of teachers from International Schools in England, Germany, France, Bulgaria, Russia, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan.

• Transfer from Budapest Airport to the place of residence (official meeting times are from 08:00 to 20:00 – included in the package price. For flights arriving earlier or later, the transfer cost is calculated individually and is paid additionally).

• Registration with the Organizing Committee.
• Tour of Budapest.
• Dinner at 19:00. For late flights – cold dinner*.  

2 day

• 07:00 – 08:30 Breakfast
• 10:00 Opening of the competition. Presentation of the jury and educational institutions.
• Time for lunch.
• Additional excursion of the group’s choice* (must be booked and paid for in advance, together with the Olympiad package). For those not going on excursions, free time. Boat trip on the Danube.

3 day

• 07:00 – 08:30 Breakfast
• 09:00 Additional excursion of the group’s choice* (must be booked and paid for in advance, together with the Olympiad package). For those not going on the excursions, free time or a visit to the thermal baths.
• 19:00 Award Ceremony and Gala Concert.
• Dinner*.

4 day

• 07:00 – 08:30 Free time for walks around the city, visiting the thermal baths.

• 07:00 – 08:30 Airport transfer. This schedule is for informational purposes only and is not final.

The cost of the festival package is 550 euros.

The package includes:

• 4-night stay at a 3-star hotel in triple rooms.
• Meals – breakfast (optional, dinners from 20 euros by prior order)
• Airport-hotel-airport transfers (only on official check-in/check-out days and within the specified time range. For guests staying on other days, the cost of transfers is calculated based on the number of people and the time. (Official meeting times are from 8:00 to 20:00 – included in the package price. For flights arriving earlier or later, the transfer cost is calculated individually and is paid additionally)).
• Organizer fee for one performance
• Tour of Budapest.
• A boat tour on the Danube.
• For a group of 10 people. Leader is free of charge. Flight not included.
• For leaders of teams of more than 25 people, there are special conditions, which can be found out from the Organizing Committee.  

Attention! The organizing committee reserves the right to change the schedule of competition days due to technical requirements.

Attention! The organizing committee does not guarantee rooming with other participants to reduce costs. Participants and leaders must arrange the allocation of their charges themselves based on the principle of dividing by boys/girls or other options, keeping in mind that if a pair or a single person remains, the pricing will be applied according to the published price list if the hotel does not have rooms for four or more people.

Supplement for double occupancy: 100 euros per person in a double room for the entire period. Supplement for single occupancy: 200 euros per person for the entire period.
