Organizers
The festival-competition is held by the Organizing Committee of the International Project for the Creative Development of Children and Youth ALLIANCE OF TALENTS, World Music in Kazakhstan, LLC Victoria, and the school “Intellect Plus”.
Soloists, ensembles of all genres and directions, creative groups, representatives of visual and decorative-applied arts, as well as any children’s, youth, student, and adult theater and circus groups from different countries are invited to participate. There are no age restrictions for participants. Teachers of soloists and groups are also allowed to participate in the festival-competition, but with a separate application marked “professional”.
The competition is conducted in the form of auditions in the presence of the jury and the audience. The performances of the groups are evaluated by a professional jury. Any violation of the competition regulations will result in a loss of points when evaluating the participant’s performance. The jury’s decisions are final and not subject to appeal. The organizing committee cannot influence the scoring by the jury members or the awarding of titles to participants.
The Festival-COMPETITION is held in oneround. Requirements for participants:
Evaluation criteria: artistry, vividness of artisticimage, stage presence, understanding of the style of theera, technical clarity, purity of performance.
Evaluations: The jury evaluates according to thequalification system. The number of winners is notlimited and depends only on the level of preparation ofthe participant. When choosing a candidate for the Grand Prix award, if there are candidates with the same scores, theChairman of the Organizing Committee of thecompetition has the final say. In each nomination and in each age category, laureatesof the 1st, 2nd, 3rd degree are selected; diplomawinners of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd degree. Grand Prix. The jury has the right to divide places, prizes and otherawards among the participants. All participants are awarded with commemorativediplomas “For participation”. All teachers, sponsors, and managers are issued a certificate.
The decisions of the Jury are not subject to appeal. The number of prize places is not limited. The organizer of the competition is not responsible for the decisions of the Jury and the awarding of places to the participants.
The awarding and presentation of prizes takes place on stage.
International medals and diplomas are provided for participants and winners. The winners of the 1st prize and Grand Prix are provided with memorable gifts and certificates for participation in other festivals organized by ALLIANCE OF TALENTS and/or World Music in Kazakhstan. All teachers receive diplomas and letters of gratitude.
All tracks must be sent to olimpiada@musicclassic.eu, or alliancehotelsbg@gmail.com, no later than April 20, 2026. Each track/minus must contain in the title: 1. the title of the composition, as indicated in the application; 2. the name of the group/full name of the participant.
If a letter of thanks is required for the director or manager, school, studio, indicate in the application specifically the full name, regalia, for which you thank.
Submitting an application for participation in the competition means that the participants and their parents (legal representatives) have read and agree with all points of these Regulations, and also give their consent to the use of photos and videos with their participation by the Organizer of the competition in the media and social networks.
Document submission deadlines:
Applications for participation and group lists are accepted until April 20, 2026. Payment is made until April 30, 2026 to the Organizer’s bank account. Prepayment of 50% and the rest in cash in euros upon check-in are allowed.
If the limit is reached, the acceptance of applications may be closed earlier.
Accommodation only through the Organizing Committee.

2 day

This schedule is for informational purposes only. The organizing committee has the right to change the schedule of days depending on accepted applications and technical needs.
Cost for participants 350 Euro
The cost for the support group and parents is 350 euros.
It is possible to participate in the second event (Olympiad in mathematics or English) with an additional payment of 50 euros/person.
For vocal, choreographic, instrumental groups of less than 5 people and soloists, see the registration fee below.
Included in the price:
• Accommodation for 4 nights in a 3*-4* hotel in 3-bed rooms.
• Meals – breakfast.
• Transfers Tbilisi airport – hotel – Tbilisi airport (only on the days of official arrivals and departures. Official meeting time is from 08-00 to 19-00. For guests staying on other days or to other airports, or at other times, the cost of transfers is calculated based on from the number of people and time).
• Participation in one nomination for teams of more than 5 people.
Registration fee:
• Soloists pay 50 euros; duets 40 euros/person; groups of 3 to 8 people 30 euros/person. Discount for participation in the second or more nominations 30%.
• Groups of 9 or more participants 20 euros/person.
• Teams pay for a second or more room at 10 euros/person for each room.
• Escort to the competition venue.
• Sightseeing bus tour of Tbilisi
• Walking tour of the Old Town.
• Per group 10 people. head for free. Flight not included.
• Supplement for single or double occupancy (on request)
OPTIONAL (At extra cost):
Excursion to Mtskheta 30 euros
Excursion to Kazbegi (Ananuri, Gudauri, Kazbegi) 55 euros.
Excursion Tour of Kakheti (Bodbe, Sighnaghi, Alazani Valley) with a master class on Georgian cuisine and lunch 70 euros.
It is also possible to extend your stay at sea in Batumi (on request)
Additional nights in Batumi 50 euros per person. Transfer to Batumi is calculated based on the number of people.
Transfer from Kutaisi airport to Tbilisi 25 euros per person one way for a group of at least 15 people.
Attention!!! If the dollar exchange rate to the national currency changes by more than 2%, the cost is adjusted.
