GOAL: To provide children with the opportunity to receive an unbiased assessment of their knowledge level, obtain certificates and diplomas, apply the acquired knowledge in practice, exchange experiences, and interact with leading universities.
PARTICIPATION: Children from 8 to 22 years old are invited to participate, accompanied by parents or group leaders.
Musicians of various genres and ages, ensembles, orchestras, choirs, duets, trios, quartets, and other small forms, instrumentalists, vocalists, and others. Choreography: dancers of all styles (folk dances, stylized dances, ballroom dances, etc.). Artists, designers, fashion theaters, theatrical groups, reciters, masters of ceremonies. There is no age restriction in the Culture and Art categories.
The program includes, in addition to participation in the Olympiad, presentations by European schools, colleges, and universities, a tour of Samarkand, and team competitions in football and basketball.
JURY:
The jury of the Olympiad consists of teachers from International Schools in England, Germany, France, Bulgaria, Russia, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan.

Participation in the festival-competition “Kaleidoscope of Scheherazade” within the nomination “Art and Culture” for residents of Uzbekistan without accommodation:
- Soloists: $30
- Duets and trios: $25 per person
- Quartets, quintets, sextets: $20 per person
- Groups with more than 6 people: $10 per person.

3 day
- Breakfast.
- 7:30 Departure for Samarkand. Arrival in Samarkand.
- Meeting at the Samarkand train station.
- Full-day sightseeing program in Samarkand: City tours: Gur-e Amir Mausoleum (1404) (besides everything, pay attention to the famous Kok-Tash throne stone, on which representatives of the Shaybanid dynasty were crowned (16th century); the Temurid Ablution Bowl, Ruhabad (14th century) (according to legend, the hair of the Prophet Muhammad is kept here. According to one version, the mausoleum is above the grave of Sheikh Burhaniddin Sagardzhi), Aksaray (15th century); then, the Registan Ensemble, which consists of three madrasahs: Ulugh Beg Madrasah (1417–1420), Sher-Dor Madrasah (1619–1636), and Tillya-Kori Madrasah (1646–1660). A madrasah is a Muslim educational institution for the training of clergy.
- 14:00 Lunch at the cafe.
- 14:00 Continuation of the excursion program (with a Russian-speaking group). Visit to the largest mosque in Asia, Bibi-Khanym. Architectural complex “Shakhi-Zinda Necropolis” (11th-15th centuries), Ulugbek Observatory. Museum and ruins of the old city of Afrasiab (8th century). Afrasiab is considered to have been the ancient Sogdian capital – the famous Samarkand. Dinner. Transfer to the train station.
- 18:00 Departure to Tashkent on a comfortable high-speed train (economy class tickets).
- 22:00 Arrival in Tashkent.
- Check-in at the hotel.
- Rest. (Optionally, the stay can be extended by 1 day for an excursion to Bukhara).
4 day
- Breakfast.
- Free time. Optional visit to Magic City park.

- Gala concert and ceremonial awarding of all participants. The performances selected for the gala concert are approved by the competition jury together with the Festival Organizing Committee. Participation in the Gala concert is mandatory.

- See-off at the Chernyaevka checkpoint or the airport.
