ORGANIZERS:
The festival is held by the Organizing Committee “Alliance of talents” (Bulgaria), with the support of World Music in Kazakhstan, Treehouse English School (United Kingdom/Italy), Eurotour. The program, in addition to participation in thefestival, includes excursions and seaside recreation. Possibility to extend the stay. Possibility to take part in two events and in severalnominations.
Soloists, ensembles of all genres and directions, creative groups, representatives of visual and decorative-applied arts, as well as any children’s, youth, student, and adult theater and circus groups from different countries are invited to participate. There are no age restrictions for participants. Teachers of soloists and groups are also allowed to participate in the festival-competition, but with a separate application marked “professional”.
The competition is conducted in the form of auditions in the presence of the jury and the audience. The performances of the groups are evaluated by a professional jury. Any violation of the competition regulations will result in a loss of points when evaluating the participant’s performance. The jury’s decisions are final and not subject to appeal. The organizing committee cannot influence the scoring by the jury members or the awarding of titles to participants.
The Festival-COMPETITION is held in oneround. Requirements for participants:
Evaluation criteria: artistry, vividness of artisticimage, stage presence, understanding of the style of theera, technical clarity, purity of performance.
Evaluations: The jury evaluates according to thequalification system. The number of winners is notlimited and depends only on the level of preparation ofthe participant. When choosing a candidate for the Grand Prix award, if there are candidates with the same scores, theChairman of the Organizing Committee of thecompetition has the final say. In each nomination and in each age category, laureatesof the 1st, 2nd, 3rd degree are selected; diplomawinners of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd degree. Grand Prix. The jury has the right to divide places, prizes and otherawards among the participants. All participants are awarded with commemorativediplomas “For participation”. All teachers, sponsors, and managers are issued a certificate.
The decisions of the Jury are not subject to appeal. The number of prize places is not limited. The organizer of the competition is not responsible for the decisions of the Jury and the awarding of places to the participants.
The awarding and presentation of prizes takes place on stage.
International medals and diplomas are provided for participants and winners. The winners of the 1st prize and Grand Prix are provided with memorable gifts and certificates for participation in other festivals organized by ALLIANCE OF TALENTS and/or World Music in Kazakhstan. All teachers receive diplomas and letters of gratitude.

Transfer from Barcelona airport to the venue of the Olympics and accommodation (Costa Dorada). Accommodation at the hotel. Registration at the Organizing Committee. Lunch for those arriving before 14-00, dinner at 19-00. For late flights – cold dinner.

Participation in the second event (Mathematics Olympiad or Music Competition) is possible, additional fee 50 euros.
The price includes:
• 5 nights accommodation in a 3*-4* hotel in triple rooms.
• Meals – breakfast, lunch, dinner (water included). Dry rations during excursions.
• Transfers airport-hotel-airport (only on official arrival/departure days. For guests arriving on other days, the cost of transfers is calculated based on the number of people and time).
• Accompaniment to the Festival venue.
• Sightseeing tour of Barcelona with a visit to the famous masterpieces of Antonio Gaudi (Sagrada Familia, Casa Mila and Casa Batlló, as well as Paseo de Gracia, Plaza Catalunya, Montjuic, Olympic Village.
• For a group of 10 people, a leader is free. Flight is not included.
Attention! The organizing committee does not guarantee accommodation with other participants, to reduce the cost. Participants and leaders must themselves distribute the wards according to the principle of dividing boys/girls or other options, taking into account that if one person remains, then the tariff will be charged according to the announced price list, if the hotel does not have rooms with four or more beds.

Excursion to the Montserrat Monastery (30-50 euros) depending on the number of people. Excursion to Valencia or Madrid from 100 euros.
Trip to the PORT AVENTURA Amusement Park 60 euros for children under 10, 80 euros for children over 10 and adults. The price includes transfer from/to the hotel
Full-day trip to Portugal* – Lisbon, Sintra, Pena Castle (transportation by plane) from 300 euros (depending on availability of seats on the plane) – it is advisable to book Portugal with an extra night.

Breakfast. Competitive auditions. Olympiad 1st and 2nd rounds. Lunch. Departure for a sightseeing tour of Barcelona at 14:00 – Sagrada Familia, Paseo de Gracia, city center, Montjuic. Return to the hotel.
Dinner at the hotel.
Day 3
Costa Dorada
Breakfast. Continuation of the festival auditions. For those who wish, a trip to the monastery of Montserrat* or to Valencia or Madrid
Dinner. Awarding. Gala concert
Day 4
Cote d’Azur
Breakfast. Departure to the French Riviera. Arrival in France, accommodation at the hotel.
Day 5
Cote d’Azur
Breakfast. Sightseeing tour of Nice: Promenade des Anglais, Russian church. Visit to the medieval village of Eze, located on the rocks. Visit to the famous Fragonard perfume factory. Departure to Cannes. Sightseeing tour with a visit to the Croisette with the famous Alley of Stars near the Palace. Return to thehotel.
Day 6
Cote d’Azur
Breakfast. Excursion to San Remo (Italy) – the European capital of flowers.
Walking tour: old town, palace of festivals. Free time. Excursion to the Principality of Monaco – Princely Palace, cathedral; “exotic” garden; Monte Carlo casino, where you need to place bets!
Day 7
Cote d’Azur
Breakfast. Departure to Nice airport. Flight home.
Included: everything that is indicated in the program. Meals: on the Costa Dorada – breakfast, lunch, dinner. On excursion days, lunch is a picnic. On the Cote d’Azur, only breakfast.
Extra nights 80 euros per person.
