The Olympiad is organized by the Organizing Committee of the International Project for the Creative Development of Children and Youth ALLIANCE OF TALENTS, World Music in Kazakhstan, Oxford International Education Group, LAL Language Centres, and the Tourism Committee of the Girona District.

Discounts on summer language courses are available for participants and winners. In addition to participating in the Olympiad, the program includes presentations from European schools, colleges, and universities, as well as a tour of Barcelona. (OPTIONAL: a trip to the Montserrat Monastery*, a trip to the amusement park – PORT AVENTURA*, a trip to Portugal*).

GOAL: To provide children with the opportunity to receive an unbiased assessment of their knowledge level, obtain certificates and diplomas, apply the acquired knowledge in practice, exchange experiences, and interact with leading universities.

PARTICIPATION: Children from 8 to 22 years old are invited to participate, accompanied by parents or group leaders. In addition, anyone wishing to take part in creative categories is welcome, regardless of age.

Musicians of various genres and ages, ensembles, orchestras, choirs, duets, trios, quartets, and other small groups, instrumentalists, vocalists, etc. Choreography: dancers of all styles (folk dances, stylized dances, ballroom dances, etc.). Artists, designers, fashion theaters, theater groups, readers, masters of ceremonies. There is no age limit for the Culture and Arts categories.

JURY: The jury of the Olympiad includes lecturers from leading universities in Barcelona, teachers from LAL Language Centres, and instructors from International English Schools in England.

• Accommodation for 5 nights/6 days in a 3*-4* hotel in triple rooms.
• Meals – breakfast, lunch, dinner (water included). During excursions, a packed snack.
• Airport-hotel-airport transfers (only on official check-in and check-out days. For guests arriving on other days, the cost of transfers is calculated based on the number of people and time).
• Escort to the venue of the Olympics.
• Participation in one category.
• A sightseeing tour of Barcelona with visits to the famous masterpieces of Antoni Gaudí (the Sagrada Família, Casa Milà, and Casa Batlló), as well as Passeig de Gràcia, Plaça de Catalunya, Montjuïc Hill, and the Olympic Village.
• For a group of 10 people, the leader is free. The flight is not included.

Attention! The organizing committee does not guarantee room-sharing with other participants in order to reduce costs. Participants and leaders must arrange the allocation of their charges themselves based on the principle of dividing by boys/girls or other options, keeping in mind that if one person is left alone, the pricing will be charged according to the announced price list if the hotel does not have rooms for four or more people.

Additionally payable:

• Additional nights 90 euros per person.
• Surcharge for double occupancy is 120 euros per person for 5 nights
• Surcharge for single occupancy is 200 euros for 5 nights. 
• Excursion to the Montserrat Monastery (60-80 euros) depending on the number of people.
• Trip to PortAventura Amusement Park from 80 euros for children under 10, from 100 euros for children over 10 and adults. The price includes transfer to/from the hotel and park entrance tickets.
• Full-day trip to Portugal* – Lisbon, Sintra, Pena Palace (traveling by plane) from 300 euros (depends on seat availability) – it is advisable to book Portugal with an additional night.

Applications are accepted until May 10, 2026. Applications for Portugal are accepted until April 1, 2026. When booking by December 30, 2025, a discount of 100 euros applies. For a group of 10 people, the leader is free of charge. Once the limit is reached, applications may be closed earlier.

• Return to the hotel.

• Excursion to San Remo (Italy) – the European Capital of Flowers.
• Walking tour: old town, Festival Palace.
• Free time. Excursion to the Principality of Monaco – Prince’s Palace, cathedral; “Exotic” Garden; Monte Carlo Casino, where you can place bets!

If the participant is unable to take part for any reason: Refund for accommodation packages: from 15 to 30 days before arrival – 50% and bank fees are retained; less than 15 days before arrival – 100% of the payment is retained. Refunds for packages with flights follow the rules of the tour operator-charterer or the airline.
