GOAL:
To provide children with the opportunity to receive an unbiased assessment of their knowledge level, obtain certificates and diplomas, apply the acquired knowledge in practice, exchange experiences, and interact with leading universities.
PARTICIPATION:
Children from 8 to 22 years old are invited to participate, accompanied by parents or group leaders.
Musicians of various genres and ages, ensembles, orchestras, choirs, duets, trios, quartets, and other small forms, instrumentalists, vocalists, and others. Choreography: dancers of all styles (folk dances, stylized dances, ballroom dances, etc.). Artists, designers, fashion theaters, theatrical groups, reciters, masters of ceremonies. There is no age restriction in the Culture and Art categories.

The Olympiad is organized by the Organizing Committee of the International Project for Creative Development of Children and Youth ALLIANCE OF TALENTS, WorldMusic in Kazakhstan, Oxford International Education Group, LLC Victoria, and the ‘Intellect Plus’ school.
Participants and winners are offered discounts on summer language courses. In addition to participating in the Olympiad, the program includes presentations by European schools, colleges, and universities, as well as excursions in Tbilisi. OPTIONAL, for an additional fee: Excursion to Uplistsikhe and Mtskheta, Tour of Kakheti (Bodbe, Sighnaghi, Gremi, Nekresi), Excursion to Kazbegi (Ananuri, Gudauri, Kazbegi).
JURY:
The jury of the Olympiad consists of teachers from International Schools in England, Germany, France, Bulgaria, Russia, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan.

The OLYMPIAD-COMPETITION in the fields of ‘Art and Culture’ takes place in a single round.
Sample package for a group of 10 people:
The cost for participants is 450 euros. The cost for the support group and parents is 450 euros.
Participation in the second event is possible:
- (math olympiad or music competition) additional payment of 50 euros per person – school subjects or solo performance.
- For vocal, choreographic, instrumental groups of fewer than 8 people, the organizational fee is 10 euros per person for the second and each subsequent performance.
Included:
- 4-night stay in a 3*-4* hotel in triple rooms
- Meals – breakfast, lunch, or dinner (water included).
- Tbilisi airport transfers – hotel – Tbilisi airport (only on official check-in and check-out days. For guests arriving on other days or using other airports, transfer costs are calculated based on the number of people and time).
- Handout material for Olympiad participants
- Escort to the venue of the Olympics.
- Participation in one category of the Olympiad or competition
- Sightseeing bus tour of Tbilisi
- Walking tour of the Old Town
- For a group of 10 people, the leader is free of charge. The flight is not included.

- Additional nights 50 euros per person.
- Transfer from Kutaisi Airport to Tbilisi from 25 euros per person one way, for a group of 15 or more people.
Attention!!! If the euro exchange rate against the national currency changes by more than 2%, the price will be adjusted. The rate is 1 euro = 3.2 Georgian lari.
In the event of a participant’s absence from the Olympics due to a reason beyond the organizers’ control, the registration fee is non-refundable! Accommodation is only through the Organizing Committee.
