GOAL:

To provide children with the opportunity to receive an unbiased assessment of their knowledge level, obtain certificates and diplomas, apply the knowledge gained in practice, exchange experiences, and interact with leading universities in Kazakhstan, Russia, and Europe.

PARTICIPATION: Participants aged 9 to 22 are invited to take part.

With the support of: The Olympiad and festival are organized by the Organizing Committee “Alliance of Talents” (Bulgaria), with the support of OXFORD International Educational Group (United Kingdom), World Music in Kazakhstan, Treehouse English School (United Kingdom/Italy), and Eurotour.

The program includes, besides participation in the Olympiad and festival, excursions and relaxation at the sea. There is an option to extend the stay. It is possible to participate in two events and in several categories.

PRIZES:

Olympiad Grand Prix: free participation with accommodation in any project of the Alliance of Talents!

Musicians of various directions and ages, ensembles, orchestras, choirs, duets, trios, quartets, and other small groups, instrumentalists, vocalists, and more.

Choreography: dancers of all styles (folk dances, stylized dances, ballroom dances, and others). Artists, designers, fashion theaters, theater groups, reciters, masters of ceremonies.

There is no age limit in the Arts and Culture categories.

JURY:

The jury of the Olympiad consists of teachers from International Schools in England, Germany, France, Bulgaria, Russia, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan.

Economy Package: $445. The package includes:

• Accommodation for 5 nights in a 4-star hotel in double or triple rooms.
• Meals – Breakfast
• Airport-hotel-airport transfers (only on official check-in/check-out days and within the specified time range. For guests staying on other days, the cost of transfers is calculated based on the number of people and the time. (Official meeting times are from 8:00 to 20:00 – included in the package price. For flights arriving earlier or later, the transfer cost is calculated individually and is paid additionally)).
• Organizational fee for one performance for groups of more than 10 people (for up to 10 people, see the organizational fee below) or organizational fee for participation in one category of the Olympiad
• For a group of 10 people. Leader is free of charge. Flight not included.

Attention! The organizing committee does not guarantee accommodation with other participants to reduce costs. Participants and leaders must arrange the allocation of their charges themselves based on the principle of dividing by boys/girls or other options, keeping in mind that if a pair or a single person remains, the pricing will be applied according to the published price list if the hotel does not have rooms with four or more beds available.

The surcharge for single occupancy is $200 per person for the entire period.

Economy Package + $630: the same as Economy but with meals, lunches and dinners served buffet style.

Luxury Package $600

• Accommodation for 5 nights in a 5-star hotel in double or triple rooms.
• Meals – breakfast
• Airport-hotel-airport transfers (only on official check-in/check-out days and within the specified time range. For guests staying on other days, the cost of transfers is calculated based on the number of people and the time. (Official meeting times are from 8:00 to 20:00 – included in the package price. For flights arriving earlier or later, the transfer cost is calculated individually and is paid additionally)).
• Registration fee for groups of more than 10 people (for up to 10 people, see the registration fee below) or registration fee for participation in one category of the Olympiad
• For a group of 10 people. Leader is free of charge. Flight not included.

The Luxury Package + $890 is the same as the Luxury Package, plus meals: buffet lunches and dinners.

Organizational fee for programs with accommodation:

• The participation fee for the subject Olympiad is $50 for each additional subject.
• A maximum of 4 nominations.

Participation fee for the Festival:

• Soloists $70
• Small groups of 2 to 5 people: $60 per person.
• Groups of 6 to 10 people: $50 per person.

Applications are accepted until November 20, 2025

When the limit is reached, the acceptance of applications may be completed earlier.

If a participant is unable to attend for any reason: Refund for a package with accommodation: from 15 to 30 days before check-in – 50% and bank fees are retained; less than 15 days before check-in – 100% of the payment is retained.

The return of packages with a flight is carried out according to the rules of the tour operator-charterer or the airline.
