Regulations.
Aims and objectives:
Identifying talents, opening borders between different countries through creative exchange of talents, motivating children and young people to further creative success.
Applications will be accepted until 10 May 2025.
Age categories:
1)5-6 years old; 2)7-9 years old; 3)10-12 years old; 4)13-15 years old; 5)16-18 years old; 6)18-20 years old; 7)21 and older

Piano – soloists, Piano ensembles (only on one instrument in 4 hands)
String instruments – soloists, small forms (up to 5 persons inclusive), ensembles
Wind instruments – soloists, small forms (up to 5 persons inclusive), ensembles
Folk instruments – soloists, small forms (up to 5 persons inclusive), ensembles
Percussion instruments – soloists, small forms (up to 5 persons inclusive), ensembles

Programme requirements:
For instrumentalists-1 piece of free choice, total duration not more than 5 minutes.
For vocalists:
1 piece of your choice, not exceeding a total of 5 minutes.
Choreography: 1 piece, not exceeding 6 minutes in total (the following pieces are at extra charge).
For arts and crafts: 1 work on any theme (bring a finished work and defend it in front of the jury by reproducing a fragment. All necessary materials should be brought with you).
For fashion theatres and designers – : 1 show of no more than 15 minutes.
For reciters: 1 work or excerpt. Total difficulty not more than 3 minutes.
For compere: 2 speeches on different topics, not more than 4 minutes in total. A speech on a free topic, the second one as an introduction of some composer, poet, writer, artist.
For theatre groups: 1 production, lasting not more than 40 minutes.
Evaluation criteria: artistry, brightness of the artistic image, stage stamina, understanding of the style of the epoch, technical clarity, cleanliness of performance, correspondence of the competition repertoire to the age of performers, evaluation of the audience.
The competition programme is evaluated by the jury taking into account the age of the performer specified in the application form.
The jury evaluates the performances by closed voting. The competition uses the qualification method of evaluation.
When selecting a candidate for the Grand Prix award, if there are candidates with the same scores, the Chairman of the Competition Organising Committee has the last word.
In each nomination and in each age category laureates of the 1st,2nd,3rd degree are selected;
The jury has the right to share places, prizes and other awards among the participants.
All participants are awarded with memorable diplomas ‘For Participation’.
All teachers, sponsors, managers are given a certificate.
Grand Prix of the competition – a cash prize and a memorable statuette ‘Alliance of talents’.
The Organising Committee has the right to add nominations, combine and divide categories in accordance with the accepted applications.
The jury consists of laureates of International competitions and honoured figures from Italy, Poland, Russia and Bulgaria.
Preparation and holding of the Festival-Competition is carried out by the Organising Committee. The order of performances is determined by the Organising Committee in advance, performances are held both in blocks and individual numbers.
The Organising Committee has the right to use and distribute (without payment of royalties to the contestants and guests) audio and video recordings, printed and other products produced during the contest events and following the results of the contest.
Travel and delivery of scenery, props and instruments shall be at the expense of the contestants or the technical rider shall be sent to the Organising Committee.
Issues not covered by these Regulations may be decided by the Organising Committee. The Organising Committee reserves the right to make changes to the competition regulations.
Leaders/parents of the contestants, when submitting an application, automatically confirm their agreement with all the clauses of these Regulations, as well as their agreement that the contestant may be involved in the contest activities until 24.00.
The awarding of the participants will take place only at the Gala Concert. Diplomas will not be issued earlier, and the results will not be announced. Diplomas and prizes will not be sent to the participants after the competition.
The Organising Committee has the right to disqualify a participant, a creative team or a manager for gross violation of the Rules of Internal Regulations of the Competition, violation of discipline and unethical behaviour towards the Organising Committee, members of the Jury and other participants of the Competition.
The contestant has no right to refuse to participate in the Gala Concert.
Possibility to continue travelling to the Czech Republic or any Schengen country. The cost is on request, directly depends on the number of people in the group.
Please note that the Schengen visa can be obtained in up to 45 days! Applications will be accepted until 10 May 2025

The Organising Committee pays for the flight for the leader of a group of more than 25 people.
Extra charge for double accommodation 120 euros per person in a double room for a period of 7 nights.
Extra night 50 euro/person in a triple room, 70 euro/person in a double room.
