The festival-competition is held by the Organizing Committee of the International Project for the Creative Development of Children and Youth ALLIANCE OF TALENTS, World Music in Kazakhstan, LLC Victoria.

Requirements for participants:

  1. Instrumentalists perform one piece of free choice, with a total complexity of no more than 5 minutes.
  2. Vocalists perform one piece of free choice, with a total complexity of no more than 5 minutes.
  3. Dancers perform one dance with a total duration of no more than 5 minutes. A team can present several dances, but no more than 3 in each age category, in which case each dance is counted as a separate application, with a separate list of participants, and is paid separately. Each team has the right to exhibit no more than 8 numbers in different nominations and age categories.
  4. Fine artists provide one work in any technique and defend it in front of the jury (for this you need to bring all the necessary materials with you, depending on the technique used). DPI – oral defense.
  5. Participation in 2 or more nominations is possible.

Awards and prizes are presented on stage.

Participants of the competition do not have the right to view the protocols of the competition program without the permission of the chairman of the jury. The jury’s decision is final and cannot be discussed! Evaluation scores, according to the competition protocols, are not submitted for public discussion; managers can receive an extract from the minutes of the meeting of the jury members by postal or email within 7 working days.

The results of competitive performances are published on the Instagram page: @souz_talantov within 3 working days after the end of the competition.

International medals and diplomas are provided for participants and winners.

The winners of the 1st prize and Grand Prix are provided with memorable gifts and certificates for participation in other festivals organized by ALLIANCE OF TALENTS and/or World Music in Kazakhstan. All teachers receive diplomas and letters of gratitude.

Cups are awarded to teams of over 10 people. Diploma 1 for the team leader, team members – a commemorative medal with the competition logo and a personalized diploma. Regardless of the number of dances for group members – one medal and one diploma!

The participant’s full name will be copied as indicated in the application.

The jury evaluates the participants’ performances by closed voting and can divide the title of Laureate between several participants.

The decisions of the Jury cannot be appealed.

The organizer of the competition is not responsible for the decisions of the Jury and the awarding of places to participants.

AGE CATEGORIES OF PARTICIPANTS

  • a professional over 18 years old, undergoing/has completed training at a specialized institution;
  • teacher and student;
  • preschool – up to 6 years (inclusive);
  • youngest – 7-9 years old;
  • average – 10-12 years;
  • average plus – 13-15 years;
  • eldest – 16-18 years old;
  • youth – 19-25 years old;
  • adults – from 26 years and older;
  • mixed;

Tickets to the hall are 6 GEL for spectators, free for leaders and participants.

Each manager must have a badge with the following information: full name, team, city.

All tracks must be sent to grand-olimpiada@mail.ru no later than June 10. Each track/minus must contain in the title: 1. the name of the composition, as indicated in the application; 2. the name of the group/full name of the participant.

If the participant, for his part, cannot take part for any reason, the registration fee is not refunded.

If a letter of gratitude is required for the director or head of a school or studio, please indicate your full name and regalia in the application.

Sending an application to participate in the competition means that participants and their parents (legal representatives) are familiar with and agree with all points of these Regulations, and also give their consent to the use of photos and video materials with their participation by the Competition Organizer in the media and social networks.

It is prohibited to throw foreign objects on stage during a performance, such as confetti, feathers, or use props with fire, foam or water.

It is prohibited to wear street shoes on stage, even during the run-through.

The choreographer and participants are allowed backstage at the invitation of the Organizer, only the next number according to the timing script. It is forbidden to be backstage without the invitation of the Organizer, or to go down into the hall from the stage.

Accommodation in dressing rooms occurs according to the allocation of the Organizer. It is prohibited to stay in someone else’s dressing room.

Other conditions:

Incorrect and offensive behavior on stage, in the dressing room, or in the auditorium towards the Organizer’s employees is prohibited. members of the Jury and their decisions, as well as other participants in the competition.

The organizer is not responsible for possible accidents, thefts during the competition and award ceremony. Choreographers-directors and parents (legal representatives) of minor participants bear financial responsibility for damage to the property of the organizers, concert hall and dressing rooms.

The competition organizer is not responsible for original productions for which there are licenses, etc.

Participants and their parents (legal representatives) bear full responsibility for their health and the health of minor children, as well as for their property.

Organizational contributions from participants go towards organizing the competition: renting a concert hall, design, production of award and promotional products, paying presenters and volunteers, paying Jury fees, etc.

If there are not enough participants for the competition, the event may be canceled with a full refund of registration fees.

In case of violation of the terms of the competition, the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify participants without refunding the registration fee.

1 day

  • Transfer from Tbilisi airport to the Olympics venue and accommodation. Sightseeing bus tour. Hotel accommodation. Registration with the Organizing Committee.
  • Dinner* at 19-00. For late flights – a cold dinner.

2 day

  • 07:00 – 08:30 Breakfast.
  • 09:00 Rehearsals
  • Escort to the venue.
  • Excursion to Mtskheta*
  • 13:00 Guided tour of the Old Town of Tbilisi.

3 day

For those wishing to extend their holiday at sea – transfer to Batumi.

Attention!!! This schedule is for informational purposes only. The organizing committee has the right to change the schedule of days depending on accepted applications and technical needs.

Cost for participants 350 Euro

The cost for the support group and parents is 350 euros.

It is possible to participate in the second event (Olympiad in mathematics or English) with an additional payment of 50 euros/person.

For vocal, choreographic, instrumental groups of less than 5 people and soloists, see the registration fee below.

Included in the price:

  • Accommodation for 4 nights in a 3*-4* hotel in 3-bed rooms.
  • Meals – breakfast.
  • Transfers Tbilisi airport – hotel – Tbilisi airport (only on the days of official arrivals and departures. Official meeting time is from 08-00 to 19-00. For guests staying on other days or to other airports, or at other times, the cost of transfers is calculated based on from the number of people and time).
  • Participation in one nomination for teams of more than 5 people.
  • Attention! Soloists pay an additional 30 euros; duets 25 euros/person; trios, quartets and quintets 20 euros/person. Discount for participation in the second or more nominations is 30%.
  • Teams pay for a second or more room at 10 euros/person for each room.
  • Escort to the competition venue.
  • Sightseeing bus tour of Tbilisi
  • Walking tour of the Old Town.

Additional nights in Batumi 50 euros per person. Transfer to Batumi is calculated based on the number of people.

Transfer from Kutaisi airport to Tbilisi 25 euros per person one way for a group of at least 15 people.

Attention!!! If the dollar exchange rate to the national currency changes by more than 2%, the cost is adjusted.
