The festival is organized by the Organizing Committee of the International Project for the Creative Development of Children and Youth ‘ALLIANCE OF TALENTS’, ‘World Music in Kazakhstan’, the Tourism Board of Tarragona District, and the City Hall of Salou.

COMPETITION JURY: International Jury.
The competition is held in the form of auditions in the presence of the jury and the public.
The competition performances of the groups are evaluated by a professional jury.
Any violation of the competition rules entails a loss of points when evaluating the performance.
Jury decisions are final and not subject to appeal.

  • 1st category: up to 6 years old
  • 2nd category: 6–8 years old
  • 3rd category: 9–11 years old
  • 4th category: 12–14 years old

Nominated Categories

  • Instrumental performance: classical, pop, folk, jazz, solo on various instruments, ensembles, piano ensembles (performance on two grand pianos is permitted), orchestras, required/general piano, percussion instruments;
  • Vocal performance: classical, folk, folklore, pop, jazz, choral, show groups (solo, duets, trios, ensembles, choirs);
  • Decorative, applied, and visual arts;
  • Fashion theater: fashion theaters and young fashion designers;
  • Original genre: artistic recitation, circus art, and others;
  • Theater arts: miniatures, excerpts from plays, puppet theater, physical theater, dance theater, and others;
  • Host of game programs for children and youth; master of ceremonies (MC);
  • Dance performance: folk dance, pop dance, classical dance, modern, jazz-modern, free movement, breakdance, children’s dance, competitive ballroom dancing (solo and ensembles), and other styles;
  • Other nominations: (in accordance with accepted applications).

Competition Awards

The results of the competition and award ceremonies are conducted separately by nominations, taking into account age categories. They include awarding the Grand Prix winner, titles of Laureates of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd degrees, festival participant diplomas, special diplomas, and others. The number of award diplomas is unlimited and depends solely on the performance level of the contestants.

For the Grand Prix winners, cash prizes or commemorative gifts are provided.
There is a special ORGANIZING COMMITTEE award, independent of the jury’s decision.
Winners of the HOST COMPETITION will be invited to future events organized by ‘World Music in Kazakhstan’ and the Bulgarian Organizing Committee ‘Alliance of Talents’.
The jury has the right to split places among participants, and awards will be divided accordingly.
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to add nominations, merge, and divide categories in accordance with accepted applications.
The Organizing Committee cannot influence the scoring by jury members or the awarding of titles to participants.

Organizational & Technical Requirements

  • Instrumental and vocal groups present 1 entry per nomination, with a total duration of no more than 5 minutes.
  • Each performer in the ‘small forms’ category (solo, duet, trio, quartet, quintet, sextet) presents 1 entry with a total duration of no more than 5 minutes.
  • Theater groups present 1 entry, with a duration of no more than 15 minutes. The performance may be in any language.
  • Performers in the ‘artistic recitation’ category (small forms) present 1 entry (e.g., poem and prose), with a total duration of no more than 3 minutes.
  • Fashion theaters may present 1 collection show, lasting no more than 15 minutes.
  • Decorative and Applied Arts: 1 individual work/item is evaluated. Free execution technique. Submissions must be framed in mat board (paspartu), with mandatory details: author’s full name, age, teacher’s name, city. Participants must bring all necessary materials to complete a fragment of the submitted work on-site within the allotted time, and present/defend the work before the jury.
  • Audio Requirements: Track files must be emailed no later than 14 days before the event. REQUIREMENT: Each recording must be a separate file titled with ensemble name / performer’s name (in Latin script), title of the work, and duration. A backup USB Flash Card must be brought with the format: Track Title, Group, City (e.g., ‘Romance’, Iskorka, Tyumen). No other files should be on the USB drive.
  • Vocal Tracks: Performed strictly to backing tracks (minus). Backing vocals are allowed only in the chorus. ‘Plus’ backing tracks are strictly prohibited.
  • Host Competition: Participants present a choice of: a stage speech (1–2 min), MC announcements for festival performances, a brief presentation on an outstanding figure, or an indoor interactive game program for children/youth (up to 10 min).
  • Children with Special Needs: Participants present 1 performance of their choice in their genre.
  • Dance Groups: Present 1 performance per nomination (max 5 minutes). Each additional performance is evaluated and awarded separately. 1 trophy and 1 diploma are awarded per winning group entry. Each group member receives 1 diploma and 1 medal regardless of the number of entries.

The Organizing Committee handles all preparation and management. The performance order is determined in advance. The Committee holds rights to record, publish, and distribute promotional materials without royalty payments to participants.
Travel and transport of props/instruments are at the participants’ expense, or arranged via tech rider.
Automatic consent to all rules (including activities up to 24:00) is confirmed upon submitting an application.
Awards are presented only at the Gala Concert. Diplomas and prizes will not be mailed post-event.
Gross violations, misconduct, or unethical behavior may lead to disqualification. Participation in the Gala Concert is mandatory for selected acts.

General Evaluation Criteria

The competition applies an evaluation and qualification principle. Performers are evaluated by closed voting based on: executive mastery; artistic expressiveness; stage presence and aesthetics; originality and enthusiasm; artistry, character portrayal, repertoire suitability; and audience response.

Registration Fees (Org Fee)

  • Soloists: €40
  • Duets and Trios: €35 per person
  • Quartets, Quintets, Sextets: €30 per person
  • Groups over 6 people: €20 per person
  • Discount for 2nd and subsequent nominations: 40% discount (applied provided the group accepts 1 diploma and 1 medal per participant across all nominations).
  • Groups of 20+ people are exempt from the Org Fee for 2 performance entries.

Program No. 1: 17.10–22.10 2026 (6 Days) — Barcelona / Costa Daurada (€700)

Day 1: Airport transfer from Barcelona to Costa Daurada. Hotel check-in. Registration. Lunch for arrivals before 14:00, dinner at 19:00 (cold dinner for late arrivals).
Day 2: 07:00–08:30 Breakfast. 08:50 Escort to venue. 10:00 Olympiad/Competition. 13:00 Lunch. Afternoon excursion to Barcelona. 19:00 Dinner.
Day 3: 07:00–08:30 Breakfast. 08:50 Escort to venue (continuation). 13:00 Lunch. Free time. Optional trip to Montserrat Monastery*. 20:30 Dinner.
Day 4: 07:00–08:30 Breakfast. Free time at the beach / Optional trip to PortAventura Park*. 13:00 Lunch. Free time. 20:00 Dinner.

Day 10: Breakfast. Airport transfer.
