Identifying talents, opening borders between different countries through the creative exchange of talents, motivating children and youth for further creative success.

The application deadline is February 10, 2024. Limited number of seats!

The following are invited to participate in the competition:

Program requirements:

  • For instrumentalists – 1 piece of free choice, with a total duration of no more than 5 minutes.
  • For vocalists: 1 piece of your choice, with a total complexity of no more than 4 minutes.
  • Choreography: for all categories and ages, 1 performance no more than 6 minutes.
  • For arts and crafts and designers – 1 job.
  • For readers: 1 work or passage. Total difficulty no more than 3 minutes.
  • For the entertainer: 2 speeches on different topics, with a total duration of no more than 6 minutes. A speech on a free topic, the second as a presentation of some composer, poet, writer, artist.
  • For fashion theaters: 1 show, lasting no more than 6 minutes.
  • For theater groups: 1 performance, lasting no more than 8 minutes.

Evaluation criteria: artistry, brightness of the artistic image, stage presence, understanding of the style of the era, technical clarity, purity of execution.

Evaluations: The jury evaluates according to the qualification system. The number of winners is not limited and depends only on the level of preparation of the participant.

When choosing a candidate for the Grand Prix award, if there are candidates with the same scores, the last word remains with the Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the competition.

In each nomination and in each age category, laureates of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd degrees are selected; Diploma recipients of 1st, 2nd and 3rd degrees. There is one Grand Prix for all nominations and all age categories.

The jury has the right to divide places, prizes and other awards between participants.

All participants are awarded commemorative diplomas “For Participation”.

All teachers, sponsors, and managers are issued a certificate.

Registration fee:

  • Soloists 30 euros
  • Duets/trios 25 euros/person.
  • Quartet/quintet/sextet 20 euros/person.
  • Additional nomination: creative in full, subject – English or Russian or mathematics or physics or biology 50 euros.

The cost of the standard package is 700 euros.

The price of the standard package includes:

  • Accommodation for 5 nights in a 3-4* hotel in 3-bed rooms.
  • Meals – 5 breakfasts and 5 dinners or lunches.
  • Transfers airport-hotel-airport (only on the days of official arrivals and departures and within the specified time range. For guests staying on other days, the cost of transfers is calculated based on the number of people and time. (official meeting time from 09 – 18 hours – included included in the package price. For flights arriving earlier or later, an individual transfer cost is calculated and paid additionally)).
  • Escort to the Festival venue.
  • Sightseeing bus tour of Rome
  • Excursion “Imperial Rome” – Julius Caesar forum, external inspection of the Colosseum.

Applications will be accepted until January 25, 2025.

Attention! The organizing committee does not guarantee accommodation with other participants to reduce the cost. Participants and managers must themselves distribute the wards according to the principle of dividing boys/girls or other options, taking into account that if one person remains, then the tariff will be charged according to the announced price list if the hotel does not have rooms with four or more beds.

Participation is possible without purchasing a package, upon payment of an registration fee of 50 euros per participant + additional payment for soloist/small forms. In this case, the participant undertakes to arrive independently at the festival site on time.

Optional:

participation in the second nomination (for example mathematics or art) 50 euros, Excursion to Naples and Pompeii from 140 euros (depending on age). Excursion to the Vatican 40 euros, lunches 5*25 euros.

*Additional nights 70 euros per person.

Invitations for visas are sent only after 50% payment to the organizers’ bank account.

Responsibility for the correct spelling of the full name and other details lies with the Participant. All data filled in the Application will be copied into the Diplomas. Replacement of diplomas, certificates and diplomas will be made only upon written request and sent by courier service at the participant’s expense.

The organizing committee reserves the right to change the schedule and routine.

The decisions of the jury are not subject to appeal or challenge. All issues, if any, are discussed at the round table. At the end of the Festival, participants and teachers have the opportunity to discuss the results with the jury members and exchange opinions.
